Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Noida
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Travelling Allowance: ₹3,000

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site management, labor coordination, and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities and workforce.

• Ensure that all work is carried out as per project plans, drawings, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.

• Maintain material inventory and track site progress.

• Ensure safety protocols and compliance are strictly followed on-site.

• Prepare and maintain daily site reports and updates for management.

• Resolve on-site issues and communicate effectively with the project manager.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in site supervision (Interior Design/ construction industry preferred).

• Strong knowledge of site operations and construction processes.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting.
