• Job Description – Site Supervisor

VIVA DECOR is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise interior design project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating workers, contractors, vendors, and ensuring that work is completed according to the approved design, quality standards, and project schedule.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day interior work at project sites.

Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false-ceiling workers, and other. contractors.

• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and designs.

• Check the quality of materials and workmanship.

Monitor daily work progress and maintain project timelines.

• Take site measurements and provide updates to the office/design team.

Coordinate material delivery and ensure proper use of materials.

• Identify and resolve site-related issues.

Maintain proper discipline and coordination among workers.

• Communicate regularly with clients and the project team regarding site progress.

• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.

• Requirements:

  Basic knowledge of interior execution and construction materials.

• Previous experience in interior/renovation/construction site supervision is preferred.

• Good communication and team-management skills.

Ability to read and understand basic drawings and measurements.

• Responsible, punctual, and capable of handling multiple tasks.

• Willingness to travel to different project sites in and around Kolkata.

• Freshers with relevant knowledge and a willingness to learn may also apply.
