Responsibilities for this position include:
Supervise and monitor all interior fit-out activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
Monitor daily manpower deployment and productivity on site.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and workmanship standards are maintained.
Track material deliveries, usage, and inventory to avoid project delays.
Identify and resolve site issues in coordination with the Project Manager and design team.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site housekeeping standards.
Maintain daily site reports, work progress reports, and attendance records.
Verify measurements and quantities for billing and procurement purposes.
Coordinate MEP, civil, carpentry, painting, flooring, false ceiling, and finishing works.
Assist in project handover, snag rectification, and final inspections.
Work Timings – 9am to 5pm
Working Days – 6 days (1st Saturday and 3rd Saturday)
Work Location – Grand Road (Head Office)
