Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily interior site activities and coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other technicians.
Execute interior works such as false ceilings, gypsum partitions, flooring, tiling, painting, carpentry, modular furniture, and electrical fittings.
Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, interior layouts, and working drawings.
Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Check measurements, material quantities, and workmanship as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate material requirements, delivery schedules, and site inventory.
Prepare daily progress reports and update project status to the Project Manager.
Coordinate with architects, designers, vendors, and clients regarding site requirements.
Identify site issues and resolve execution-related problems in coordination with the project team.
Ensure quality control, proper finishing, and compliance with site safety procedures.
Assist in preparing measurements, quantity estimates, and contractor bills.
Conduct final inspections, prepare snag lists, and ensure completion of rectification work before handover.
