Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Interior Site Supervisor who can efficiently manage interior fit-out projects while also contributing to business development activities. The ideal candidate should have strong site execution skills, excellent client handling abilities, and the confidence to generate new business opportunities for the company.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision
Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites.
Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion.
Manage site manpower, materials, and subcontractors.
Conduct regular quality inspections and maintain safety standards.
Prepare daily site progress reports and project updates.
Resolve site-related issues efficiently.
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and retail interiors.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and market research.
Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements.
Coordinate with the design and estimation teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into projects.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
Attend exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings to promote company services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in interior site supervision.
Experience in business development or sales within the interior design, construction, or fit-out industry.
Strong knowledge of interior materials, execution methods, and finishing works.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Valid driving license is preferred.

Salary
₹25,000–₹60,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentives on business generated + Travel Allowance (if applicable).

Strong network with architects, builders, real estate consultants, and corporate clients.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Able to independently handle multiple projects while actively contributing to business growth.
