Site Supervisor – Key Responsibilities
Execute residential and commercial interior projects as per approved drawings, BOQs, quality standards, and project timelines.
Review project plans, verify site measurements, and ensure accurate site marking before execution.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams to ensure smooth site operations and timely completion of work.
Arrange and monitor the availability of materials, labour, and tools while maintaining proper material records and stock.
Supervise daily site activities, ensure quality workmanship, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Share daily progress updates with the Project Manager and coordinate with clients regarding site activities.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and utilization of materials to minimize wastage and control costs.
Negotiate with local vendors and labour, when required, to ensure timely procurement and cost-effective execution.
Follow all company safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Conduct final quality inspections, rectify snag points, and ensure a smooth, defect-free project handover to the client.
