Interior Site Supervisor

Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage interior fit-out projects and ensure smooth execution as per approved designs and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute interior projects as per approved drawings and designs

• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, and other workers

• Ensure quality workmanship and proper finishing standards

• Handle client communication at site and address queries professionally

• Monitor material usage and report requirements on time

• Ensure projects are completed within schedule

• Maintain site safety and cleanliness

• Report daily progress to management

• Coordinate with designers and project managers when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in interior site supervision

• Ability to read drawings and execute work as per design

• Good communication skills to handle clients

• Strong responsibility and problem-solving ability

• Basic knowledge of interior materials and finishing work

• Ability to manage workers and multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential and commercial interiors

• Knowledge of gypsum, carpentry, modular furniture, electrical, and painting works

• Ability to maintain site documentation and progress updates
