📍 Project Location: Near Crystal World Amusement & Water Park & Patanjali Yogpeeth, Roorkee–Haridwar Road, Uttarakhand

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor – Interior & Finishing for our under-construction Hotel Project.

Civil structure work is already completed. The project is currently at the Interior, Finishing & Fit-Out stage.

We need a candidate who has practical experience in executing and supervising civil finishing and interior works at site—not someone whose experience is limited to structural civil construction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Supervise complete Interior & Finishing Works

🔹 Tiles, Marble, Flooring & Wall Cladding

🔹 Gypsum, False Ceiling & POP Works

🔹 Putty, Painting & Polishing

🔹 Woodwork, Carpentry, Doors & Frames

🔹 Bathroom Finishing & Sanitaryware Installation Coordination

🔹 Coordinate with Interior, Tile, Painting, Carpentry & Finishing Contractors

🔹 Check measurements, workmanship and material quality

🔹 Ensure execution as per drawings and specifications

🔹 Monitor labour and contractor productivity

🔹 Maintain daily progress reports

🔹 Identify defects and ensure timely rectification

🔹 Coordinate different finishing activities to maintain project schedule

🔹 Ensure quality, detailing and timely completion

👨‍🔧 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate should have:

✅ 3–8 years of hands-on experience in Interior / Finishing Site Supervision

✅ Practical experience in Civil Finishing + Interior Execution

✅ Experience handling contractors and labour teams

✅ Good knowledge of Tiles, Marble, Gypsum, Painting, Woodwork and Bathroom Finishing

✅ Ability to understand architectural/interior drawings and measurements

✅ Strong eye for finishing quality and detailing

✅ Ability to independently manage day-to-day site execution

⭐ PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Candidates who have worked on:

Hotels | Resorts | Hospitality Projects | Commercial Interiors | Luxury Residential Projects | Interior Fit-Out Projects

will be preferred.

⚠️ IMPORTANT

This is NOT a structural civil site supervisor position.

Candidates with experience primarily in RCC, structure and basic civil construction will not be preferred.

We specifically require a practical Interior & Finishing professional who understands site execution and can get work completed through contractors and labour.

Near Crystal World Amusement & Water Park & Patanjali Yogpeeth, Roorkee–Haridwar Road, Uttarakhand

💰 SALARY

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Salary will be decided based on experience, practical knowledge and site-handling capability.
