Role Summary:
Manage end-to-end setup of new gym franchises, from site assessment to branch launch. Responsible for planning, vendor coordination, on-site execution, quality control, and timely delivery as per brand standards, budget, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits and coordinate with franchise owners.
Plan and execute projects with contractors and vendors (civil, interiors, HVAC, IT, branding).
Supervise on-site work and ensure quality, safety, and SOP compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, branding, IT).
Track timelines, manage budgets, and submit progress reports.
KRAs & KPIs:
On-time, within-budget project delivery.
High-quality execution with minimal rework.
Effective stakeholder coordination and client satisfaction.
Skills & Experience:
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Knowledge of construction, interiors, and vendor management.
3–6 years’ experience in multi-site or franchise projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
