We are looking for a Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at P.S.Y. Design & Interiors to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.
· Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.
· Source materials and manage vendor coordination.
· Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.
· Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences
· Problem solving the ability to make quick informed decisions when resolving on site delays or emergencies.
· communication clear coordination with clients suppliers architects and the labour force.
·Technical expertise A strong understanding of building codes safety protocols and construction blueprints.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
