 Site Execution: Supervise all on-site activities, including carpentry, electrical work, tiling, painting, and false ceilings.

 Drawing Interpretation: Thoroughly understand and implement 2D/3D layouts, electrical plans, and detailed furniture sections.

 Team Coordination: Manage and lead on-site laborers, carpenters, and external vendors to maintain a smooth workflow.

 Quality Control: Ensure high-end finishing (especially for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and luxury hardware) meets the company’s "Lakkadworks" standards.

 Material Management: Tracking material deliveries, checking for damages, and ensuring zero wastage on-site.
