Interior Site Supervisor – Job Description
Position: Interior Site Supervisor
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Location: Delhi NCR
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
Manage carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other site workers.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
Monitor work quality, progress, and timelines.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and the internal team.
Check daily material and manpower requirements.
Take basic site measurements and assist with quantity checking.
Prepare and share daily site progress updates.
Handle interior repair, maintenance, and small fit-out works.
Ensure proper site safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
Resolve basic site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely solutions.
Ensure projects are completed within the given timeline.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in interior/construction site supervision.
Basic knowledge of civil, carpentry, electrical, painting, and plumbing works.
Good labour and vendor coordination skills.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage site activities independently.
Willingness to travel to different project sites across Delhi NCR.
Preferred Experience
Experience in commercial interiors, repair & maintenance, or small fit-out projects will be preferred.
