Role Overview

• Oversee day-to-day interior fit-out works.

• Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

• Act as the bridge between design teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution Supervise carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, false ceiling, and finishing works. Verify workmanship meets company standards.

• Daily Planning Prepare work schedules, allocate manpower, and coordinate activities to avoid delays.

• Drawing Implementation Study and explain approved drawings to contractors; report discrepancies before execution.

• Contractor & Labour Management Monitor productivity, attendance, and discipline; resolve conflicts professionally.

• Material Management Check delivered materials against purchase orders, prevent wastage, and maintain stock records.

• Client & Vendor Coordination Meet clients during site visits, explain progress, and coordinate with suppliers for modular furniture or specialized finishes.

• Documentation Maintain site records, progress photos, material requirements, and contractor updates.

Required Skills

• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects (residential, office, retail, hospitality).

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th

• Experience: 0-1 years in interior site supervision.

• Other: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple contractors, and deliver projects on time.
