Job Description – Interior Site Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior projects, ensuring quality workmanship, timely completion, and compliance with design specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day interior site execution for residential and commercial projects.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Plan and monitor daily work schedules to achieve project timelines.
Supervise carpentry, false ceiling, painting, electrical, plumbing, flooring, glass, and finishing works.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and workmanship standards.
Measure work progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
Verify material requirements, monitor inventory, and coordinate timely procurement.
Ensure proper handling and utilization of materials to minimize wastage.
Resolve on-site issues and communicate project updates to the management team.
Attend client meetings and site reviews when required.
Ensure all safety guidelines and company procedures are followed at the site.
Coordinate project handover and prepare snag/punch lists before final delivery.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of interior execution and finishing works.
Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and technical layouts.
Knowledge of BOQ, material specifications, and measurement.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and client-handling abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp, and project reporting tools.
Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in interior site supervision.
Experience in residential, commercial, office, retail, or hospitality projects is preferred.
