We are looking for a Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at J S B Buildwell to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely completion of interior work.

• Quality execution as per approved drawings.

• Effective labour and material management.

• Minimum material wastage and rework.

• Daily site progress reporting.

• Safe and clean working conditions.

• Successful project completion and handover.

• Source materials and manage vendor coordination.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.

• Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 8+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like Diploma or degree in Interior Design or Civil Engineering preferred.

• Experience in interior site supervision.

• Knowledge of carpentry, ceiling, painting, flooring, and electrical work.

• Ability to read and understand interior drawings.

• Good labour and contractor management skills.

• Knowledge of material planning and site execution.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to complete work within deadlines.
