We are looking for a Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at J S B Buildwell to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily interior work at the site.

• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors.

• Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.

• Monitor quality of workmanship and materials.

• Check daily work progress and maintain site reports.

• Coordinate with the interior designer/architect for site requirements.

• Ensure proper measurement and execution of work.

• Monitor material delivery, usage, and storage at site.

• Identify and resolve site-related issues.

• Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.

• Coordinate different activities such as civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and false ceiling work.

• Check finishing and quality before handing over the work.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the site.

• Follow and maintain site safety procedures.

• Prepare daily progress updates and report issues to management.

• Coordinate snagging and ensure all pending work is completed.

• Verify contractor work and measurements for billing purposes.

• Maintain proper records of materials, labour, and site activities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
