Job Summary:
The Interior Supervisor will oversee and manage interior fit-out and decoration projects, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD for interpreting drawings and coordinating with teams on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all interior works at site, including furniture installation, partitions, flooring, ceilings, and finishes.

• Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical plans to ensure accurate execution on-site.

• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.

• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with company and client standards.

• Maintain daily progress reports, site diaries, and project documentation.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.

• Resolve on-site issues and provide guidance to junior staff and laborers.

• Assist in preparing project schedules, estimates, and resource allocation plans.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.

• Proven experience as an Interior Supervisor or Site Supervisor in interior fit-outs.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of 3D design software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit) is a plus.

• Experience in luxury or commercial interior projects.
