📌 Job Summary

Excellent Interior & Design Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Site Supervisor with strong knowledge of civil construction and interior finishing work. The candidate must be capable of handling labour, coordinating on-site activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely project completion.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor civil and interior work at the site.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients for smooth workflow.

Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Prepare daily site reports and maintain material records.

Manage manpower and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Resolve site issues promptly and communicate updates to the Project Manager.

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within the given budget.

🎯 Required Skills

Strong knowledge of civil construction and interior finishing.

Ability to read and understand civil & interior technical drawings.

Good communication and team-handling skills.

Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work under deadlines.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails).

📘 Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior-related field (preferred).

Minimum 6 years of site supervision experience in civil and interior projects
