Job Description

Elegant Decors is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage residential and commercial interior design projects on-site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with vendors and labor teams, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site work for interior projects.

• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.

• Ensure work is completed as per drawings, designs, and timelines.

• Monitor material delivery and site inventory.

• Maintain quality control and finishing standards at the site.

• Take regular site measurements and updates.

• Prepare daily progress reports and share updates with management.

• Handle client coordination during site visits when required.

• Ensure safety and cleanliness at the project site.

• Resolve on-site issues and manage labor efficiently.

• Coordinate with designers and project managers for smooth execution.

Requirements

• Experience in interior or construction site supervision.

• Knowledge of interior materials and execution processes.

• Ability to read 2D drawings and understand site layouts.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp reporting.

• Ability to manage multiple teams and deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.

• Own vehicle preferred for site visits.

• Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude.
