Site Execution Engineer – Job Description Position Title Site Execution Engineer Location Ahmedabad / Project Sites Department Projects / Operations Reporting To Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer Role Overview The Site Execution Engineer is responsible for supervising and managing on-site execution activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards. The role involves coordination with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities Site Execution & Supervision • Supervise day-to-day site activities and manpower deployment. • Ensure execution work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. • Monitor project progress and maintain execution timelines. • Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, electricians, plumbers, and vendors. Project Coordination • Communicate regularly with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams. • Resolve site-level technical and operational issues. • Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports. Quality & Safety • Ensure quality standards are maintained during execution. • Implement safety procedures and monitor compliance at site. • Verify material quality and proper usage at site. Material & Resource Management • Track material requirements and coordinate with procurement teams. • Maintain records of inward/outward materials and site inventory. • Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and resources. Documentation & Reporting • Prepare daily progress reports (DPR). • Maintain site records, measurements, and work completion data. • Support billing and measurement verification activities. Required Skills • Site supervision and project execution • Knowledge of construction/fabrication/interior drawings • Vendor and contractor management • Problem-solving and coordination skills • Time management and reporting • MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project documentation knowledge preferred Qualification • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or related field Experience • 1–5 years of experience in site execution, construction, fabrication, interiors, or installation projects Preferred Candidate Profile • Strong coordination and communication skills • Ability to handle multiple sites and deadlines • Willingness to travel to project locations • Practical knowledge of site operations and execution processes Employment Type Full-Time Industry Construction / Interior Design / Fabrication / Infrastructure / Turnkey Projects
