Site Supervisor – Commercial & Office Interiors
Location: Bengaluru | Full-time
DezignPool seeks an experienced site supervisor to manage execution across office fit-outs and commercial interior projects.
Responsibilities
Supervise contractors, labour and vendors; keep work on schedule.
Execute work from drawings and BOQs, including gypsum partitions, glass partitions, doors, ceilings, flooring and joinery.
Coordinate electrical, HVAC, networking and fire-safety teams.
Check workmanship, dimensions, material quality and site safety.
Track materials, measurements and daily progress; resolve site issues and complete snagging/handover.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years’ hands-on experience executing commercial interiors and office fit-outs.
Strong knowledge of gypsum/glass partition systems, hardware, finishes and installation methods.
Ability to read drawings, plan work, manage multiple sites and communicate clearly with clients and contractors.
Comfortable maintaining progress reports and photos using WhatsApp and Excel.
Civil diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred; proven execution experience essential.
