Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor with 6 months to 1 year of experience to oversee interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality work, and coordinating with vendors, workers, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior site work including civil, carpentry, electrical, and finishing activities

• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, designs, and project specifications

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams on-site

• Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management

• Ensure quality standards and timely completion of work

• Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations

• Manage material usage and report shortages or requirements

• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of interior fit-out work and site execution

• Ability to read and understand drawings and layouts

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure

• Basic knowledge of materials, finishes, and tools used in interior projects

Educational Qualification

• 12th Pass/ Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field

Preferred Requirements

• Prior site supervision experience in residential or commercial interior projects

• Familiarity with site documentation and reporting

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
