MEP Site Supervisor – Plumbing & Civil Renovation

D. Kumar Plumbing Systems is looking for an experienced MEP Site Supervisor to join our team. The role will primarily focus on plumbing works, MEP coordination, civil renovation, and site execution for residential and commercial projects.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship, and completing works as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute plumbing and MEP works at project sites.

• Coordinate and monitor water supply, drainage, sanitary, rainwater, and other plumbing services.

• Supervise civil renovation works, including demolition, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, bathroom renovation, and related works.

• Read and understand MEP, plumbing, architectural, and civil drawings.

• Coordinate with civil, electrical, HVAC, interior, and other site teams to avoid service clashes.

• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Manage and coordinate with plumbers, civil workers, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

• Check material requirements, assist in material procurement, and monitor material usage at site.

• Take site measurements and assist in preparing BOQs, quantity requirements, and work progress reports.

• Ensure proper quality, workmanship, safety, and timely completion of assigned works.

• Visit project sites, identify site issues, and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

• Coordinate with clients and consultants regarding site requirements and execution-related matters.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / MEP or a related field.

• Experience: 3–6+ years of relevant site experience.

• Strong practical knowledge of plumbing and MEP services.

• Hands-on experience in civil renovation and repair works, particularly bathrooms, kitchens, waterproofing, drainage, masonry, plastering, and flooring.

• Ability to read and understand plumbing, MEP, and civil drawings.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience with SketchUp / 3Ds Max is not mandatory.

• Good knowledge of site execution, material estimation, measurements, and contractor coordination.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel to and work at project sites.

Salary & Opportunity

In-Hand Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 per month
