Job Summary
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within quality standards, and according to project specifications. The role involves coordinating with contractors, labor teams, engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor labor productivity and allocate resources efficiently.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project engineers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
Identify and resolve site-related issues and report progress to management.
Verify material usage, monitor inventory, and prevent wastage.
Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, and attendance.
Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Participate in site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
Monitor equipment usage and ensure proper maintenance.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision (or as required).
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
