Job Title: Site Engineer / Supervisor

Job Overview : We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer / Supervisor to manage diverse projects spanning residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. You will lead daily operations, enforce quality, and drive project timelines. This role requires geographical flexibility, with assignments shifting between Chennai and Sri City (near Tada) based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage construction execution for residential buildings, commercial spaces, and industrial factories.
Supervise on-site labor and subcontractors to optimize daily productivity.
Verify work quality against structural drawings and architectural blueprints.
Track material inventory to minimize waste and ensure timely procurement.
Enforce strict safety standards tailored to industrial and commercial site protocols.
Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) for senior management review.

Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Dip

oma or B.E. / B.Tech Civil Engineering.

Experience: 1 to 4 years in residential,commercial, or industrial construction.

Language Skill: Fluency in Tamil is required. Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi is highly preferred for Sri City operations.

Logistics: Valid two-wheeler license and personal personal transport mandatory.

Flexibility: Complete willingness to work in either Chennai or Sri City (Tada).

Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (commensurate with experience).

Allowances: Site-related travel and fuel expenses covered.
