Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in RCC construction, concrete pouring activities, finishing works, and site execution. The candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, execution, supervision, quality control, and coordination of manpower and subcontractors for construction projects.

  1. Concrete Mix Design Knowledge

  2. Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)

  3. Shuttering/Formwork Methods

  4. Concrete Pour Planning & Execution

  5. Use of Survey Instruments

  6. Slump & Cube Testing Knowledge

  7. Daily Progress Reporting (DPR)

  8. Reinforcement Checking & Spacers

  9. Pour Joint Planning & Sequencing

  10. Mass Pour Management

  11. Resource & Manpower Planning

  12. Subcontractor Coordination

  13. QA/QC Coordination

  14. Safety Protocols During Pouring

  15. MIS & Productivity Reporting

  16. Team Leadership & Supervision

  17. Interface with P&M/Stores/Safety

  18. Non-Conformance Closure & Method Validation

  19. Interior & Finishing work

Job Requirements:

We are hiring experienced Civil Engineers for RCC, finishing, and construction activities. Candidates should have strong knowledge of concrete mix design, BBS, shuttering/formwork, concrete pouring, reinforcement checking, slump & cube testing, DPR/MIS reporting, manpower planning, subcontractor coordination, QA/QC, and safety management. Experience in mass concreting, interior & finishing works, and site execution is mandatory
