Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage and execute interior works at site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily activities, coordinating with vendors and workers, ensuring quality finishes, and completing projects within timelines as per approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day interior site activities

• Execute work as per approved drawings, designs & specifications

• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters & tile workers

• Ensure quality control at every stage of work

• Plan and monitor work schedules & timelines

• Check material quality, quantity & delivery

• Maintain daily progress reports and site photos

• Coordinate with interior designers, project managers & clients

• Handle snag list and ensure smooth final handover

• Ensure basic site safety and discipline

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of carpentry, modular furniture & custom interiors

• Experience in false ceiling, painting, polishing & finishing works

• Understanding of flooring, tiles, marble & wall finishes

• Ability to read and explain interior drawings

• Material estimation & basic site measurement

• Vendor & labour management

• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp reporting)

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma / ITI / Civil / Interior background preferred

• Hands-on site experience in interior projects

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Attention to detail and finishing quality

• Willing to work full-time on site
