DECFORT is looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution of interior projects. The role involves coordinating with workers, ensuring quality work, maintaining timelines, and delivering projects as per design specifications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Execution & Supervision
Handle complete on-site execution of interior projects.
Supervise carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, POP workers, and other teams.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and design.
2. Site Coordination
Coordinate between design team, vendors, and labor teams.
Ensure proper communication for smooth workflow and timely completion.
Conduct regular site meetings and updates.
3. Quality Control
Monitor workmanship and ensure high-quality finishing.
Check materials and installation as per standards.
Identify and resolve site issues proactively.
4. Site Planning & Marking
Do site measurements and marking as per design.
Guide workers with clear instructions to avoid errors and rework.
5. Material Management
Track material delivery and usage at site.
Coordinate for timely availability of materials to avoid delays.
6. Client Handling at Site
Interact with clients during site visits.
Explain work progress and resolve basic concerns professionally.
7. Safety & Discipline
Ensure safety practices are followed at site.
Maintain discipline and productivity among workers.
8. Reporting
Provide daily/weekly progress reports.
Update management on project status and challenges.
Requirements
Experience: 0–3 years in interior site supervision.
Good knowledge of interior works (modular furniture, civil, electrical, plumbing, finishing).
Ability to read drawings and execute accordingly.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Must own a two-wheeler for site visits (mandatory).
