About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate with teams, and ensure timely and high-quality project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth workflow.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

• Ensure project execution as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

• Monitor labour attendance, productivity, and material usage.

• Maintain site documentation (reports, measurements, daily updates).

• Ensure safety protocols and compliance are followed at the site.

• Identify and resolve site issues promptly.

• Report progress to Project Manager regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior / Architecture (preferred).

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant site experience.

• Strong understanding of construction/interior project workflows.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Good communication and team coordination skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, reporting).

Salary Range

₹20000 to 45000 per month
