Job Description: Interior Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting knowledge, the ability to prepare accurate BOQs, and be comfortable working both in the office and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D/3D interior drawings as per design and site requirements.

• Create and update Bills of Quantities (BOQ) accurately.

• Work efficiently with Excel sheets for quantity calculations, data entry, and reporting.

• Coordinate with the design and execution teams for drawing clarifications and revisions.

• Conduct site visits for measurements, verification, and coordination as required.

• Ensure drawings and BOQs align with site conditions and project specifications.

• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and BOQs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of 3D software is an added advantage.

• Strong experience in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills.

• Accuracy, attention to detail, and good understanding of interior materials and execution.

• Comfortable and willing to travel for site visits within Delhi/NCR and outside Delhi/NCR.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

• Practical understanding of interior execution and site practices.

• Flexible and proactive approach toward site-related responsibilities.
