Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer & Architect to plan, design, and oversee interior and architectural projects. The candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements
Prepare layouts, 2D/3D drawings, and detailed design plans
Create mood boards, material selections, and space planning
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors
Conduct site visits and ensure design execution as per plan
Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
Handle revisions based on client feedback

Required Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools
Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and finishes
Good communication and presentation skills
Project management and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and creativity
