About the Role
We are looking for an Interior Designer who can understand customer requirements and provide complete solutions related to colour, décor and furnishings.
Role Split: 80% Sales & Client Handling | 20% Designing
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable colour, décor & furnishing solutions
Showcase products using digital tools and design-visualization software
Provide a smooth and engaging customer consultation experience
Handle client interactions and store-related activities
Prepare and submit daily reports/documentation
Work with team members on various store activities and projects
Use design software for visualization and recommend fitted furniture where required
Maintain professional grooming, discipline and work standards
Candidate Profile
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Creative mindset with an interest in interiors, décor and furnishings
Comfortable with both sales/client handling and basic designing
Candidates with relevant internship/design experience can also apply
