Role Overview

Spirit is seeking a highly competent and design-focused Interior Designer – Commercial Projects to contribute to the conceptualization and execution of premium commercial interiors.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of creative vision and technical proficiency, with the ability to translate client objectives into thoughtful, commercially viable design solutions. This role demands ownership, attention to detail, and strong coordination skills across stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead the development of concept designs aligned with client vision, brand positioning, and business objectives.

·         Prepare detailed design documentation including layout plans, working drawings, GFC drawings, and specifications.

·         Develop high-quality presentations, 3D visualizations, and material boards.

·         Conduct client meetings to understand project scope, requirements, and timelines.

·         Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

·         Oversee site execution to ensure design intent and quality benchmarks are maintained.

·         Participate in material selection, value engineering, and cost optimization.

·         Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.

·         Manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously within defined timelines and budgets.

Candidate Profile

·         Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture.

·         3–6 years of experience in commercial interior design (corporate offices, retail, hospitality, or mixed-use spaces).

·         Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office; working knowledge of 3Ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering software preferred.

·         Strong technical understanding of materials, detailing, and site execution.

·         Demonstrated experience in BOQ preparation and vendor coordination.

·         Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

·         High level of accountability, professionalism, and design sensitivity.
