Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Scheduling:

   • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures to ensure project milestones are met.

   • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for resource allocation and project prioritization.

2. Execution and Monitoring:

   • Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

   • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

3. Stakeholder Coordination:

   • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

   • Manage communication to ensure alignment of objectives and expectations.

4. Team Leadership:

   • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.

   • Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance performance.

5. Quality and Safety Compliance:

   • Ensure all project activities comply with safety and quality standards.

   • Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold compliance.

6. Budget Management:

   • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control measures are implemented.

   • Report financial performance and address any budget deviations promptly.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

   • Prepare regular project status reports for senior management.

   • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in project management within civil construction and interior turnkey fitouts.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).

  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and regulations.

• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and drive results under pressure.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong client-facing abilities.

• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to assess risks and implement solutions effectively.
