Role Overview:

• Lead interior design development and project coordination from concept to final design drawings.

• Responsible for creative design delivery, material selections, and client coordination.

• Note: This role is studio-based only. No mandatory on-site execution or supervision work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept development, mood boards, space planning, and material boards.

• Preparation of GFC drawings, detailed joinery drawings, furniture layouts, and technical specifications.

• Material selection and coordination with vendors and suppliers.

• Client presentations and coordination for approvals.

• Prepare BOQs, specification sheets, and assist in budgeting.

• Collaborate with internal architecture and design teams for project integration.

• Mentor junior designers and interns.

Skills Required:

• Strong design sensibility, creativity, and attention to detail.

• Excellent technical knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and fittings.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office.

• Working knowledge of 3Ds Max, Revit, or similar rendering software is an advantage.

• Good communication and client interaction skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design firms.

• Experience in handling residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors preferred.

Compensation:

• As per industry standards and scope of work.

Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore .

Salary -40 to 50k
