About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with 3–4 years of professional experience to work on Greenfield, Brownfield, and Commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovative design, functional planning, and delivering high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for Greenfield, Brownfield, and Commercial projects.

2. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver design solutions.

3. Produce architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations using industry-standard software.

4. Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

5. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering teams for design integration.

6. Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.

7. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design execution as per specifications.

Requirements:

• B.E. in Architecture from a recognized institution.

• 3–4 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in Greenfield/Brownfield and Commercial projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.

• Strong understanding of building regulations, materials, and construction methods.

• Excellent visualization and presentation skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
