Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for transforming spaces into functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environments that reflect our clients' personalities and needs.

The ideal candidate has a "spatial sixth sense," a deep understanding of materials, and the ability to balance high-end aesthetics with practical budget constraints.

### Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to communicate design visions to clients.

• Space Planning: Utilize floor plans and elevations to optimize traffic flow and functionality.

• Material Selection: Source and specify furniture, lighting, flooring, wall coverings, and hardware.

• Project Management: Oversee projects from initial consultation to the final "big reveal," ensuring timelines and budgets are respected.

• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure technical specifications are met on-site.

• Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to building codes, ADA requirements, and safety regulations.
