Job Description:
• Own end-to-end design development for assigned projects from concept to design freeze
• Translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic, and buildable designs
• Prepare detailed 2D layouts including kitchen, wardrobe, storage, and custom units
• Develop high-quality 3D renders aligned with client preferences and brand standards
• Present designs to clients and explain layouts, materials, finishes, and functionality
• Coordinate with Sales & Design Manager on design feasibility, budgets, and timelines
• Work closely with BOQ Executive to ensure design-cost alignment
• Validate site measurements and incorporate site constraints into designs
• Prepare production-ready drawings in coordination with operations/factory teams
• Ensure design compliance with manufacturing standards and installation feasibility
• Handle design revisions efficiently within approved limits
• Guide and review work done by Junior Designers
• Maintain design documentation and version control
• Adhere to defined design TATs and quality benchmarks

• Design quality and client satisfaction
• Timely completion of 2D/3D designs
• Accuracy of drawings for production
• Effective coordination with sales and operations
KPIs
• % designs delivered within TAT
• Number of revision cycles per project
• Client design approval rate (first / second presentation)
• Design related rework or production errors
• Feedback from Sales & Operations teams
