Position: Senior Architect / Senior Interior Designer

Department: Architecture & Interior Designing

Reporting To: Head – Designs

Team Handling: Architecture Interns & Site Engineers / Supervisors

Role Summary:

The Senior Interior Designer/Senior Architect is responsible for maintaining quality control, system checks, and documentation accuracy across leads and ongoing projects. The role ensures

that all designs, drawings, MOMs, and client communications are cohesive, fabrication-ready, and aligned with company standards. This position supports the Principal Designer and Team Leads in effective project and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an overview of all incoming and active leads in the pipeline.

• Track follow-ups, file sharing, and reminders to ensure efficient lead conversion.

• Audit all documents and drawings shared with leads and ongoing project clients.

• Check and approve GFCs, MOMs, and all project and lead-related communication leaving the

office.

• Audit alignment between 3D designs, 2D drawings, and execution details for fabrication

accuracy.

• Ensure designs are feasible, cohesive, and aligned with site conditions and vendor

capabilities.

• Support the Team Lead and Principal Designer in team coordination and project

management.

• Identify gaps, errors, or inconsistencies and proactively flag them for correction.

⚠️ MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):

• This role requires strong ON-SITE EXPOSURE, vendor handling, and familiarity with local execution practices

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role (excluding internship)
