We are for a Interior Designer tp join our team Caleidoscope Decor to design and execute functional aesthetic and budget friendly

Position Summary:

The Interior Designer is responsible for understanding client requirements, creating functional and aesthetic design solutions, preparing drawings & 3D visuals, coordinating with the sales and execution teams, and ensuring the smooth delivery of interior projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Requirement Gathering

• Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, space usage, preferences, and budget.

• Conduct site visits to measure dimensions and assess existing conditions.

• Prepare design briefs and mood boards based on client expectations.

2. Concept Development

• Develop initial design concepts, layouts, and material boards.

• Present themes, color palettes, furniture placements, and style directions.

• Suggest space-saving ideas and innovative design solutions.

3. Technical Drawings & 3D Visualization

• Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

• Create 3D views and walkthroughs to help clients visualize their space.

• Provide accurate drawings for modular kitchen, wardrobes, furniture, and civil changes.

4. Material Selection & Budget Alignment

• Recommend materials, finishes, hardware, lighting, and décor elements.

• Ensure design solutions match the client’s budget and overall project scope.

• Work with vendors and suppliers for samples and pricing.

5. Coordination with Sales & Execution Teams

• Share design concepts and BOQs with Sales Managers for pricing.

• Explain designs clearly to the Execution/Site team for accurate implementation.

• Conduct site visits to ensure design accuracy during execution.

6. Revisions & Client Interaction

• Handle design revisions and provide alternative solutions.

• Manage client expectations and maintain professional communication.

• Ensure timely delivery of designs and final approvals.

7. Documentation & Handover

• Prepare design presentations, specifications, and material lists.

• Ensure all drawings are approved before handing over to execution.

• Assist in the final walkthrough and client handover process.
