Job Title: Interior Designer

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 3-4 years

Company Overview:

At Holistic, we are more than builders; we are creators of nature-centric living and customized second homes. From land procurement to designing nature themed gated communities with customized homes using innovative technologies and materials, from building it to managing the property, we curate every step.

Role & responsibilities:

· Develop innovative interior design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and presentations for residential projects.

· Prepare detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and design documentation.

· Create 2D drawings and coordinate 3D visualizations/renderings for client presentations.

· Select materials, finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and décor elements in line with project requirements and budgets.

· Coordinate with architects, site engineers, vendors, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.

· Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and assist in project cost estimation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape, Photoshop, or similar design software.
