· Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
· Resolve on-site issues and escalations.
5. Budget & Cost Control
· Prepare and manage project budgets.
· Track expenses and ensure cost optimization.
· Approve bills and verify vendor invoices.
6. Quality Assurance
· Ensure all work meets design intent and company quality standards.
· Conduct final inspections before project handover.
7. Documentation & Reporting
· Maintain project documentation, drawings, and approvals.
· Prepare MIS reports, progress reports, and completion reports.
8. Team Coordination
· Lead and coordinate internal teams including designers, draftsmen, and site engineers.
