Handle end-to-end execution of interior design projects
Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements and expectations
Work closely with designers, vendors, and site teams
Plan project timelines, schedules, and budgets
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
Manage materials procurement and vendor coordination
Ensure work is completed as per design, drawings, and specifications
Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients
Identify and resolve site issues or delays quickly
Ensure timely project handover with quality standards maintained
Maintain proper documentation (BOQ, drawings, reports, invoices)
