Key Responsibilities
• Drive the conceptual design process for assigned projects.
• Translate briefs into zoning layouts, mood boards, sketches, and spatial concepts.
• Use Revit to develop concept-level 3D models and visuals.
• Collaborate with the Business Development and Presentation Design teams for client pitches.
• Research global design trends, materials, and finishes to inspire fresh ideas.
• Develop design decks, material palettes, and visual direction aligned with brand and client vision.
• Coordinate with execution teams to ensure the design intent is preserved during delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Spatial Design.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in concept or design development (retail, hospitality, or workspace interiors).
• Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
• Strong visualization, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of materials, detailing, and construction feasibility.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification and Experience Range. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
