About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Design Consultant – Sales who can blend creativity with client engagement. In meeting clients, understanding their requirements, offering tailored design solutions, and ensuring successful project conversions.

What You’ll Do:

Meet clients to understand their interior design needs & preferences

Provide expert design consultations and customized solutions

Present proposals, product options & quotations with clarity

Negotiate & close sales while ensuring high client satisfaction

Stay updated with the latest design trends & product knowledge

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

Build long-term client relationships through excellent service

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Interior Design / Architecture (or related field)

2–3 years of experience in Sales / Design Consultation (preferably interiors)

Strong knowledge of design principles & current trends

Excellent communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools (preferred)

Self-motivated, customer-focused & detail-oriented professional
