Deco – Your Dream Interior is a growing and professionally managed interior design firm based in Ahmedabad. We specialize in premium residential interiors, offering end-to-end solutions from concept planning to turnkey execution.

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and leadership-oriented Senior Interior Designer who can independently handle projects, manage the design team, and maintain strong client relationships.

🎯 Key Role Objective

To lead the design department, ensure high-quality creative output, manage client expectations, and coordinate execution smoothly while maintaining company standards and timelines.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Design & Project Leadership

• Lead complete project lifecycle: Concept → Design → Presentation → Execution → Handover

• Prepare space planning, layout designs, and detailed working drawings

• Develop mood boards, material boards & design concepts

• Ensure design accuracy and feasibility before site execution

2️⃣ Team Management

• Supervise and guide junior designers & drafting team

• Allocate tasks and monitor daily design progress

• Review drawings before client submission

• Maintain design standards and documentation process

• Conduct internal design review meetings

3️⃣ Client Communication & Handling

• Attend client meetings and understand requirements deeply

• Present design concepts confidently and professionally

• Handle client objections and revisions strategically

• Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management

• Guide clients in material selection, color themes, finishes, lighting, and furniture

4️⃣ Site Coordination & Execution Support

• Coordinate with site supervisors, carpenters, vendors & contractors if required.

• Visit sites when required to ensure design implementation accuracy

• Resolve on-site design-related issues

• Ensure timelines are followed as per project schedule

5️⃣ BOQ & Material Expertise

• Prepare BOQ and estimate support

• Strong knowledge of laminates, veneers, hardware, finishes, fabrics, stone, lighting etc.

• Vendor coordination for material selection

💻 Technical Requirements

• AutoCAD (Mandatory – Working Drawings Strong)

• SketchUp + V-Ray / 3Ds Max

• MS Excel (BOQ preparation)

• Basic knowledge of budgeting & costing

👩 Candidate Profile

• Female / Male Candidate Preferred

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in residential interiors

• Experience in handling ₹30L+ projects preferred

• Strong portfolio required

• Must have handled clients independently

• Based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate
