Job Description:

• Coordinate between site, client, vendors, and contractors.

• Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

• Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability at site.

• Follow up with vendors, contractors, and site teams.

• Maintain project documentation and reports.

• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status updates.

• Identify delays, material issues, or execution challenges and escalate them promptly.

• Schedule and coordinate client/site meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting.

• Have involvement in day-to-day project planning and execution.

• Maintain proper records of site activities, material movement, and pending works.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of interior execution and construction processes.

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of Documentation, material specifications, and vendor coordination.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Skillls:-

• Qualification in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Candidates with relevant interior execution experience may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in residential, commercial, retail, office, or turnkey interior projects.

• Comfortable coordinating with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and vendors.

• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

• Should be organized, responsible, proactive, and deadline-oriented.
