We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Interior Division, overseeing both operations and sales functions. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, ensure smooth project execution, manage client relationships, and maintain profitability.
Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end execution of interior projects (residential/commercial).
Manage project timelines, budgets, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
Lead and supervise project managers, site teams, and support staff.
Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Financial & Strategic Oversight
Ensure profitability through cost control and efficient resource planning.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
