Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Work Type: In Office (6 Days) (Willingness to travel across Mumbai)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Architect & Draftsman to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings, coordinating with architects, RCC consultants, and execution teams, and ensuring all technical documentation meets project specifications and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects on the development of architectural designs for residential and commercial projects.

• Prepare high-quality 2D architectural drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.

• Develop comprehensive construction drawing sets, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

• Coordinate with Architects, RCC Consultants, and Execution Teams to ensure technical accuracy.

• Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, project requirements, and company standards.

• Revise drawings based on site conditions and design modifications.

• Provide technical support to site engineers and project managers during construction.

• Maintain proper documentation and version control of all drawings.

• Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, and technical specifications before release.

Skill Sets:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).

• Knowledge of Revit and 3ds Max will be an added advantage.

• Excellent understanding of construction drawings, structural elements, and material specifications.

• Strong attention to detail with accuracy in measurements and technical documentation.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to explain technical drawings to site teams and non-technical stakeholders.
