Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare architectural working drawings, layout plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

· Develop and coordinate MEP drawings.

· Prepare and review structural drawings in coordination with structural consultants.

· Prepare municipal approval drawings and submission drawings as per local authority requirements.

· Create and modify electrical drawings including lighting, power, and wiring layouts.

· Coordinate with architects, consultants, site engineers, and project teams for drawing execution.

· Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with site conditions.

· Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and records systematically.

· Prepare as-built drawings and update drawings based on site modifications.

· Assist execution teams with technical detailing and drawing clarifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s / Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Draftsmanship

· Min 5 years of relevant experience

· Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory

· Relevant certifications in design software are an added advantage.
